Rich Fernandez
Rich founded TableRock Residential aiming to provide institutional quality management in a streamlined framework reducing cost to owners. He began his career in 2005 with a double major at Boise State University in International Business and Finance. Rich oversees strategy and organizational development to propel growth and commitment to excellence.
Fun Fact: Oklahoma and Michigan are the only two states he has not yet travelled.
VICE PRESIDENT
Amber Heafy
Amber brings 15 years of industry experience and holds a Residential Property Management Degree from Virginia Tech. With a track record in ultra-luxury properties and lease-ups nationwide, notably in Baltimore, Denver, and Seattle, she excels in team motivation, training, budgeting, and revitalizing troubled assets, making her an indispensable leader.
Fun Fact: When Amber was in 5th grade she saw Titanic in theaters 26 times and had an article written about her.
REGIONAL MANAGER
Devon Richardson
With 16 years of industry experience, Devon began on-site and has since become a seasoned leader in the industry. Specializing in new construction and owner relations, he excels in building strong partnerships with property owners while delivering top-notch service. Devon is dedicated to setting high standards within his team and TableRock.
Fun Fact: In high school/college Devon was invited to the Olympic qualifiers for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

Goran Gajic
Goran is a dedicated professional with a deep passion for property management, blending strategic thinking with a commitment to helping people find their ideal homes. Holding a degree in economics, he oversees our small business division, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering success for both tenants and property owners.
Fun Fact: Goran has moved 24 times in his life and genuinely dislikes cookies and brownies.

Rafeef Alazzawi
Rafeef brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and property management. She excels in overseeing luxury high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style properties while leading teams to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service. With a hands-on approach and a background in civil engineering, Rafeef sets a high standard of excellence in all she does.
Fun Fact: Rafeef speaks Arabic fluently and is working on her proficiency in Spanish.
INTEGRATIONS SPECIALIST
Kevin Gannon
Kevin brings nine years of on-site experience to his role, preceding his transition to our Integration Specialist in 2021 . With a focus on enhancing systems and efficiency, Kevin expertly supports our staff, blending technology effortlessly into our operations. His dedication and collaborative approach make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Fun Fact: Growing up, Kevin wanted to be a zoologist or the lead man for a Ska band.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Lexi Bakken
Lexi has over 5 years of experience in property management, complemented by a background in event coordination and a degree in marketing. Her expertise seamlessly extends from the creation and management of digital assets to retention and leasing efforts, ensuring our properties not only shine brilliantly in the market but also achieve sustained success and visibility.
Fun Fact: Lexi has traveled to over 20 countries and is excited to visit 20+ more!

Matt Senn
Matt is a seasoned property management professional with over a decade of experience since 2008. Specializing in project management, team development, and property preservation, he excels in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing property value. Matt's proactive leadership style fosters team growth and delivers results that exceed expectations.
Fun Fact: Matt can solve a Rubik's cube in under one minute.
ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
Krisala Frazier
With 4.5 years of experience in property management accounting, Krisala came to lead TableRock's accounting department in 2022. Specializing in financials and operations within ResMan, she ensures accurate reporting and streamlined processes. Known for meticulous attention to detail, she drives strategic decision-making to contribute to TableRock's success.
Fun Fact: Krisala met her husband 8 years ago on an online dating platform.
ACCOUNTING
Scott Johnson
With a rich background spanning over 20 years in accounting, including roles as a controller and operations manager, Scott brings extensive expertise to the team. Armed with a BA in Accounting from Boise State University, his meticulous attention to detail and in-depth understanding of accounting principles guarantee accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
Fun Fact: Scott and his wife have a '07 Mustang signed by Mr. Shelby.
UTILITY BILLING SPECIALIST
Peri McLendon
Peri brings over a decade of industry expertise to her role, from her time on-site she possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of property management. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in MIS and Office Management, Peri blends practical knowledge with academic expertise to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
Fun Fact: Peri loves outdoor life, tennis, and Texas Hold'em.
